if the flanges/pipes are the same size or larger it should.. far as the connections go.. and you can find a place to mount it..

It wouldnt be worth it. 3000gt's have two, small intercoolers. The intercoolers are not much larger than the dsm's stock ic. Go buy a mkiv supra intercooler.

The stock intercoolers on the 3000GTs are definately smaller. In fact, there's someone trying to fit DSM intercoolers on the 3000GT. So I'd look at getting some different intercoolers instead.
