Timing belt/BS question

On this site what is the difference between the BS full kit and the BS stub shaft/ block off kit? Which would be better I'm going to be doing my timing belt soon and not to sure what BS kit to get? And what's the differences?

Reputation: My1GLaser is pretty helpful and trustworthy
The full kit has both BS bearings. Some people can remove the old ones and turn them 90* and reinstall them. Sometimes they get a little mangled and need replaced.
