still thats a lot of lag even if untuned. that must be really untuned.

maybe some boost leak, or boost controller problem or adjustment. maybe wastegate settings.

what size exhaust housing on your turbo?
 
I have the hybrid version of the L2R(not full garret). I see 20psi by around 4100-4300.
 
race my talon, did those settings I gave you help any? John, your not seeing 21psi until 4100-4300?? Whats up with that? Are you poorly tuned as well? iM getting 25psi buy 3500-3600. And thats with the E compressor housing.
 
i think i actually figured out the problem now...i have a dejon tool 3 1/2" intake with the air bypass tube on it..the air bypass tube sucks in unmetered air below the mass air sensor so there are basically two intake points where the turbo sucks in air...i capped the air bypass tube..and now the turbo is spooling at the drop of a dime. very weird..now i have to lean it out LOL...

Dude thats pretty lame. How long have you been running it uncorked? Was it like that with your 16g?

Yes I do need to tune.

and as Kevin says "my car has issues"

I will be getting propane on and hitting the dyno in a few weeks when I have money for it.
 
Also I only have an AFC so it's getting around time to upgrage my fule management.

Most likely to and E-manage and the LS1 MAF translator.
