Stupid question but gotta ask... I have a Holset H1E turbo not running anythng over 23psi atm till im able to upgrade the lower end some.. but heres the stupid question...

I am looking at cams atm... first off what would be the best combination in you guys opinion.. 264/272 or straight up 272/272.. I heard that with holsets its actually better for a faster spool time with the 264 combo is that really true?

and how bad are BC's really.. or should I go with the trusted Kelfords??

I am leaning to the KC's and the 264/727 combo but would love some input...

what compression are you running on your engine? 23psi with a holset H1E turbo I would recommend sticking with the hks 264s with stock cam gears. I did a cam test a while back and I ended up running the bc 272 cams for one reason only drivability! I run them installed straight up with stock cam gears they spool almost identical to my old hks 264s but has a little more power up top I can't say how much I love their street manners;) here is a dyno comparison of the hks 264s vs the bc272 the car started to run out of fuel that is the reason for the dip up top.
