going back with a 14b

JUST NEED ADVISE

I have a 1990 eagle talon Tsi awd , and my stock 14b blown on me, so I bought a big 16g as a replacement, However I haven't done everything correctly to my motor to adjust to the big 16g,

Here is the mods I have right now with the 16g

N1 down pipe and cat back
255 lb walbaro fuel pump and fuel regu;ater(still running stock injecters)
free mods
Air/fuel and boost guage and turbo timer

So I was thinking on buying another 14b turbo putting that on and just take my Big 16g off intill i have all the corrent modifications for it,

Please let me know if it is a good idea

Your mods are fine, just don't turn the boost up to far with the stock injectors and you will have no problem.

Yea, but I still have a stock 02 senser housing (not ported) and exhuast manifold (not ported) and I want to get rid of as much backpressure as I can, and put 550cc injectors.

I already have boost creep, I dont gun my car becuase I can feel my car struggleing touring top end, ( I just don't like to feel of my car not running efficient.

I see it as this I get an evo3 o2 housing and a 2g exhuast manifold ported,

Get a front mount intercooler
550cc injectors
a bigger trottle body
AFC etc,

buy a 2g o2 housing and get it ported to avoid major boost creep. You should be able to run the 16g no problems. You just wont be running max power untill you get an safc to tune your car.

upgraded wastegate with a 16g? I dont know about that. Maybe ported but definately not a external wastegate.
