cubic inch difference or any difference in IC

sup everyone well i just bought a new big 16g and well before i install it i had the question of the 1g intercooler is it any different from the 2g in performance wise i was just wondering if its worth to change out these intercoolers before i upgrade to a better fmic cuz basically i wanted a cheap upgrade in intercoolers until i save up more money for the fmic. any info on the difference in these two intercoolers would be nice as well as any tips thanks//// oh yeah my mod list is not updated either so dont flame me about fuel and injectors or exhaust for my 16g thats already taken care of...

the 1G IC is bigger but will not fit. the minimal gain would not even come close to being worth the effert to make it work. i think its just the outlet thats different. possibly the inlet too.
