I decided to go with the Turbo XS H-34 BOV and the Dejon tool upper IC pipe flanged for this BOV. I received the BOV today I am still waiting on the IC pipes. My question is do I just screw the BOV directly to the IC pipe. The reason I ask is because I don't see how metal to metal will make a good enough seal. Am I missing something or is there a rubber ring that I don't have or is this just how it works? It does not seem like it will create an air tight seal. I have never installed a BOV before and just want to make sure before I put it on.

I have the same setup, inside the bov theres a rubber gasket and when u put the bov on the flange and push it all the way down and tighten everything up it will b fine. I pressure tested mine a few times everythings koo.

Yea im vent back to the intake, that setup is perfect for dumpin back to the intake. I used to have RRE pipes an used the 1g bov adapter (which sucked) the dejon pipes r the best with that bov. Just play around with the washers, start off with like 3 and add from there. I use like 5 r 6 it just depends on your car. I know u want at least 3 in there, i found using less than 3 it opens on hhigh boost.
