Turbo rebuild kit for my 90 talon

Hey where can i get a turbo repair kit for my 90 Eagle Talon turbo manual. Ive emailed several shops and still no response and I was hoping you guys could give me some help. Thanks

buy a good used one for $200ish less down time.

Well I would do that but im doing this turbo setup on a budget. I already got the turbo, intercooler, wastegate and BOV for 60 bucks. The final goal is to do it for under 300. I plan to fabricate all the piping and the exhauste manifold myself. All I need as of right now is the repair kit but im having a tough time tracking one down.
