whats a 6 bolt worth

i have the chance to get a 6bolt out of a 91 talon. the guy wants 500 for the complete engine. it has 70,000 original miles on it. i also wanted to know how hard it would be to put it in my car. 95 talon tsi. what parts will work better than the other between the 2 engines. like what head is better and will one head fit on the opposite block as an example. i have the tranny out on the car right now and the other engine is just about out. just seeing if its worth it. any help would be appreciated.
