Aftermarket cams .415/.415

Anyone tuners sell cams that are both .415 lift on the intake and exhaust. I bought a set of cams of the trader that are supposed to be WebCams street grind a couple months ago and I just measured them with a micrometer today. They both measured .415. I only measured one of the end lobes on each shaft. Webcams doesnt have any cams listed on thier site that match these. Are these the specs of any aftermarket cams? Will they be o.k. to use on a 20g/frontmount/ported head/nitrous street car?
They also have some casting numbers:
cam 1: On the side with the dowel pin- "HD" & "402" on the opposite side. On the hollow end it says- "E"
cam 2: On the side with the dowel pin- "HD" with "101" on the opposite side. On the hollow side it says- "D".

WTF could I have miss-measured the cams? I think the micrometer may have been a tad crooked on the second one.
