35mm flange on manifold

i have a 1g dsm and want to upgrade to a 2g exhaust manifold and i was wondering how hard it would be to weld on a wg flange on the no.1 runner? also how much might it cost to have it done

I'm not sure about the cost, but it may be cheaper/easier to buy a Turbonetics exhaust manifold. I'm using one on my car with a Tial external wastegate and it works well.
