i am looking for a APEXi N1 exaust, BOV and A-pillar gauges for my 98 gst. also i bought a front mount i/c but i cannont find any 2.5 inch pipe to run it with. any ideas.

You can get mandrel bends for custom IC pipes from RRE.

is there any other cheap sites to get some exaust from. i need three inch from the downpipe back and im not trying to spend 1000 dollars on it.

RnR is about the cheapest it will come when getting a full 3" exhaust unless you want to get a custom jobber and know someone who can do mandrel bending.

well i can get custom 3 inch pipe so really i just need a muffler, downpipe, and maybe a high flow cat. but im stuck on either putting up the money for exaust or doing my hardpipe kit, bov, tubo timer, boost controll, egt, and some other little things, even though its pointless to do any real mods without doing intake and exaust first

you could also check out www.dsmtrader.com , i've seen full 3" turbo back systems going for 500-700, some were all ss
i spent 935 on mine (including s/h) and i'm happy because i know (i think...) that it will last as long as the stock exhaust without any problems.
