Getting car running, or go port crazy

Well boys, I don't know if any of you know about my current project, but I've been trying to get my first talon running since November. After many hours on my back, many new parts, ruined pants, shirts, sneakers, socks, and hats due to grease stains, etc....I'm down to getting the timing belt on, bolting in the exhaust manny, and a new battery.

My question, what do you guys think I should do now. I can either put it all together and get it running, or pull the turbo off and o2 sensor housing and port it (I do my own porting). I should have done it a long time ago but I was more worried getting everything else done. None the less, your input and opinion is very valued. Thanks guys!

Are there any problems I can run into when I remove the turbo? I.E. something being broken, cracked, stripped, whatever?

Some of the 02 to turbo bolts are a little tight, other than that it shouldn't take you more than 1 hour to remove and dissassemble every thing. Just be sure to replace the crush washers, oil return tube gaskets, ect.. when reinstalling. There is a VFAQ with all the PN's.

umm be careful with the oil and coolant lines cuz after time they intend to rot and break easily
