youll need a j pipe, 1g oil return, all gaskets, water line are reused. or a kit like this
16g- nothing really needs to be upgraded
18g or bigger. you may need to upgrade fuel pump/afpr/injetors, intercooler, and a way to tune.
Whaaaa?
A 16G needs much more fuel. A 16G wont be efficent past 15psi. 16Gs boost creep especially if the car has exhaust. Stock 2g sidemount is terrible for a 16G, it will get heat soaked badly. The stocker fuel pump barely keeps up with the 450cc injectors.
To JUST get you by with a 16G I'd get hard I/C piping, and a 190lph or Evo fuel pump. But like i said that might JUST get you by.
You'll probably need a clutch down the road too FYI
OP-to really run a 16g or 18g you need all the things stated above, Hurley is pretty much right on, the only things I would add to that list is some form of fuel control. I would also definitely get larger injectors (which would necessitate some form of control). A simple search will give you tons of info.
Running a 16g with no fuel mods is a bad idea. You can get away with it by keeping the boost very low (<15psi), but even then if you run into creep you can find yourself in trouble. One trend I've been noticing more and more on this site is that people post without even bothering to verify that they're right. If you aren't sure, check. If you can't find a definite answer, don't post, simple as that.

Like stated above, There are lots of things you need to change for a E316G. To run on a stock fuel system is not a good idea. It can be done for a very short period of time but remember if you do it this way you better have $$ for a motor. To run it the right way you are looking at close to 1k in parts not including the turbo. Injectors, fuel pump. intercooler,Exhaust and a tuning solution. It is a expensive sawp but well worth it IMO.. I love mine.
Are you blind or do you just not read? They posted exactly what you need to do this. Read a little.
I know u idiot but what kind of parts such as injectors what size and fuel pump and which ones are good on that setup smart ass. don't commit next time if u don't have any thing proper to say.
Help me out guys over here u have these thing so tell me what i need. I dont have time to research bc i work long and im never by a computer so...
If you dont have time to research just save your money and buy a honda..... These cars are not something you just throw together and expect power , and stated above are the parts you need, so i would quit bashing guys trying to help you and use the search button in the forums this topic is covered almost daily and you can find more then enough information on what your looking for. Not trying to predict the future but if you dont research this i bet you will be doing a rebuild sometime very soon!

I wouldn't worry about me budii because your the one who is sitting in the garage right now doing a rebuild.
Besides who are you telloing me what to do your just a 2.0 wanna bee. T
2.0 wanna be im pretty sure thats the size of our 420a motors and that insult to that motor hits everyone with that motor so thanks but there have been numberous discussions on the topic of the 420a and 4g motors and in my opinion i have found both to be respectable. well anyways not to start and argument..... out of curiosity how many miles are on your motor and i looked at your profile and didnt see any upgrades or it said not much or something let us know what you have so far and we can further look into what other things you need to get.
