anyways.. depending on what FMIC you are going to get will depend if ur dejon tool upper ic pipes will be compatible.. if you get an fmic with shorter route piping.. then your dejon tool pipes mite be useless since it will have its own set of piping.. however.. if u get an FMIC kit that routes back to the stock SMIC location.. then you should be able to keep ur existing dejon tool pipes..

hope that helps..

Just my $.02 the greddy FMIC is a peice. Any FMIC that blocks airflow to itself with it's OWN piping wasn't properly made. Dejon tool UIC piping is compatable with any FMIC that uses the stock side mount piping (apex and greddy)

with a 20g...
that's a tough decision. You're on the edge of having to go the short route for piping. With that turbo, i would not go through the stock side mount pipe locations. too long for the air to travel. Go look at HRC and Buschur's sites and look at their cores.

Sorry I misread, thought you had a friend with an intercooler for sale.

I would just save up and get an Indy race core Fmic. It is short route and you get all the piping.

If you end up buying piping for a stock one your options are limited to the greddy or apex'i.

I can also give you some advice after installing a victory performance FMIC I wouldnt buy one.

I was kicked off of dsmtalk for saying that but it is the truth. Hopefully he isnt a "vendor" on this site too.

The prostreet one looks pretty nice. It is probably a good kit from what I can tell they are big enough where they may actually stok the intercooler.

The best way to order and intercooler would be to order it in advance and pay the day they ship it out. That way they wont give you the runaround because they will want the cash.

It seems like some companys take in the cash and wait for enough to fill an order and then you get your intercooler 4 or 6 weeks later.
