Okay I know for a fact they are marked wrong the EXH and intake have the timing marks on a tooth which is wrong! The factory cam gear on the EXH side has the timing mark in a valley not on a tooth. This is why I could never get my timing belt on correct. Some 1 with OBX cam gears have this issue?

Sounds like typical Chinese halfassing. The non variables in this situation are the crank, and timing belt.

So the crank and timing belt determine that the 'inside' cam gear area are 1/2 tooth off, as stock.
Being that the cam gears are inherently 1/2 tooth off, my best guess is set it to 1/2 tooth off, and record what those +- degrees are. Go from there.

I just took the stock cam gear and put it on the OBX POS and marked it with a white out pen. Guess what timing belt looks perfect now LOL.
