is there any reason I should pay 200 dollars more for an Apex? When I can get the 3" RNR and get the look of the N1 with the new 4" tip?

is the name brand truly worth anything? cause ive heard great things bout the RNR

they are a name brand as well...IMO no. I go for quality/performance/customer service for the most part...

Are you referring to RnR?

get the RnR,Thermal,ATR, or Buschur. the N1 is not a *true* 3" catback, its aluminized and sounds ricey. if you like that type of thing go for it.

well I love the look of the N1, but considering the fact that RnR now has the exact same can and its a true 3" trying to figure out if the N1 offers anything the RnR doesnt

I will defineately pick Apex'i N1, because of the pipe design, and the sound it make. (I don't think it sounds ricey) Plus, I think it weight less than other exhaust that were mentioned earlier.

If you are talking the RNR in Stainless, than you are not saving any moeny for the system. You're looking at $300 for the cat-back in steel, then add $100 for the piping in stainless, then another $50 for the stainless muffler. $40 for the 4" tip. That's $490 (see I can add :p ) I've seen the N1 for $450 at a few different places. I was going to get the RNR, but for $25 more I'm getting the Thermal.

The N1 catback isn't stainless so basically here is the price for an N1 catback

3" catback $300
SS Muffler $50
N1 style tip $40

$390 for a true 3" system with no neck downs. It looks as good as the N1 and performs better. The sound is very clean and aggressive.

The first two pictures in my photo gallery are rear views of my car with the RnR stainless muffler, one with the 4" tip and one with the original 3" tip. The 4" RnR tip is probably a little longer than the N1 tip, but you could cut it down some if you need to. I like it the way it is.

RnR is a great product. Apex-i makes a great product. If price is the key factor, go RnR or buy Larry's.
