Well I pulled the Apex-I exhaust off my car in order to install my driveshaft and I noticed a few things.

1. One of the hangers was welded to the frame  That basically set off the red lights.
2. The pipe seemed to come right over where the driveshaft and the differential meet and you can see an imprint on the exhaust from the circular part hitting it. The exhaust doesn't have a hole but still has a nice dent.
3. I don't seem to have a catalyitic converter....where is it suppose to go on the exhaust?

Is this normal for an Apex-I exhaust? I believe that I need a catalyitic converter to pass emission in NJ. They check visually for it.

I will take pictures and upload them asap.

the cat is not included, and should be located at the end of your downpipe, would go in between the downpipe and cat back

Craps, I might go to the junkyard and get a cat and just cut/gut/ weld the shell around the exhaust to make it look like one is there.

I am not sure on it passing emissions right now as I don't have an EGR either :(
