I just bought an AVC-R and I am currently installing it. The manual says to put the pressure sensor between the fuel pressure regulator and the surgetank(intake manifold?). The problem is that there is a check valve between the surgetank and the FPR. Which side do I tap into, the surge side or the fpr side?

Also, I didn't get the air filter(that goes between the pressure sensor and the vacuum line) with it since I bought it used. Do I really need this? If so, where can I get one?

Thanks,
Zach

did you every figure it out???I have the same problem ....its it on the passenger side hose or the driver side hose???let me know..
thanks..

no u dont need the air filter i didnt use one.. presure sens is gonna go on the driver side right behinid the FPR atleast i did that because than u drill through the fire wall which is right there in a clean open spot and the ecu is on the driver side...atleast in my 2g...than i put actuator thingy near my injen intake and mounted it right there..
