Engine swap

I was wonder, i just got a 2.0 turbo engine and was going to put it in my 1.8 car (same car), will the trans bolt up and do i have to buy a new computer and run the harness all again or will the 1.8 harness connect in the 2.0 computer, i need help

Hey Larry how about we put a sticky at the top of the forum. It could be titled stupid questions that have been answered a million times. So when people ask how to build a stroker with a 64 crank or how to make their non turbo a turbo car they wont even have to look.

91eclipseGS: I don’t know what you have done to your car or what the used car market in your area is like but when I searched the DSMtrader yesterday I found 3 or 4 1g turbo DSMs for sale under 2k. You will spend AT LEAST that much trying to get all the parts.
