turbo timers and Boost control

Alright i have a '90 eagle talon tsi awd and i'm looking for a turbo time and something to control my boost. The question is is there anything out there that can do both of these? if not what should i get in stead?

I also have a '90 TSI AWD, but i have never heard of a "Turbo timer/Boost controller" combo although that would be cool, But i would like to recomend for the turbo timer :Blitz from $100-140 or HKS $100+, but don't forget your wireharness which is usualy about $25.
As far as boost controllers there are many digital ones, but as for manual controllers i would recomend "Extreme Motorsports XBC" it's about $100 and can hold well past 20PSI. Hope this helps.

well tho we have 2 diff gen cars. I went with the spexi tt(100$) and a hallman classic boost controller(80$)
