loud clicking noise coming from motor

hey i was wondering if anyone has had a problem with a kind of loud clicking noise coming from the motor, some people tell me it is the fuel regulator but i figured i'd come to the best place to figure it out. Thanks for the thoughts

could be lifter tick.....try checking your timing

yeah i get it too but it only happens when its really cold out. It starts after the car is past a grand and then it stops when it hits 2500. I don't know what it is but someone told me it could be some selonoid i forgot which one but it react weirdly when it get cold outside...

If you have a 2g, it's time to bust out your dial indicator, slap that thing on the crank pulley and press the clutch in.
