which spark plugs?

ok im putting a 20g eliminator turbo on my car and the works but what is the recommendation on what kind of spark plugs to get should i just leave the stock ones or do i need a different type for high boost conditions?

if you cant find the BPR7ES then youd be fine with the BP7ES as well..
