Why are there two high speed relays for the radiator fan?
Im looking at the wiring in my harness now, and I cant figure out what the middle relay does. It shares 2 wires (labeled power and ECU pin 20 in the diagram) with the left-most high fan relay. The other two wires go to this connector. One (Black) goes to a ground on the ecu harness, but the other (Blue/black) stops at this connector. On the ecu side of the connector there is a rubber plug in the spot the wire would continue, so essentially it goes nowhere. My understanding is the Blue/black wire is the "Output" wire, so this relay cant do anything if this wire goes nowhere, right?
The relay in question is highlighted in red.
