how long does it take to spool that sucker. 4 inch inlet. 8 cm exhaust housing. You'd never get boost on the street.

i would like to have a nice drag car but also want to do light to light races. i would really like to get into the 10's if possible. i know the level 6 frank could do it but i wanna kno if ill get my a$$ wipped on the street wit it. i am also aware that 10's is very hard to get into..but if i had all the necessary mods which turbo would be best?
