performance parts that make the most difference?

i was wondering what mods i should start with that make the most difference in making my car faster i have a 96' eclipse gst. i have a limited budget so cheap and fast would be good i was thinking of a cold air intake, new tires for traction, and maybe lowering springs and a new exhaust. let me know

Check out some of the tuning guide ideas. They have the best ideas for bang for buck.

If you want to go faster, you should try and do the free solenoid mod.

It puts you straight to 14 lbs, instead of 12.
