Sorry for the bad pun, but after installing my walbro fuel pump, while I was starting my car the interior lights flashed and the radio shut off. Then the radio wouldnt come back on. I figured it was a fuse. I checked the panel in the engine bay and the fuse in the alternator spot was blown. The thing that confused me was that the housing that tells you what size fuse and what its for said that it should be a 100amp fuse. The one in there was a 30amp.

So should I buy another 30 or 100. Im thinking of getting the 100. Also another weird thing was that the headlights would not shut off. So I pulled the fuse/relay in the fuse box and they went off. Then I put the fuse back in. I tested it by turning on the lights like normal and they wouldnt shut off until I pulled out that fuse. What the heck is going on. Is it all tied to the alternator fuse being blown. Any thoughts or suggestions.

I didnt hardwire the pump. The weird thing is on the way to work the radio came back on and the interior lights started working. This was with the fusable link missing. I put a 100amp fuse in there today and everything seems normal now. It must have been those DSM demons.:dsm:
