Where do the wires from the ISC go?

I think my ISC wiring harness may be bad.

Where does it plug in on the other end? I see it feeds into that plastic hose that the other wires are wrapped into, but where does it end?

Thanks...so the smaller of the 3 plugs in the back of the ECU are it? Cool cool I will look to see if I can pull one from the junk yard .
