I've been having a problem with my coil on plug setup. It's seems the springs in the boot are a little to short and not fully touching all the time. I have to stretch so that they touch the coil and the plug. Just wondering if anyone knows were i could get some longer springs to solve this issue. Other than that the system works fine on my tune w/ dsm link and the msd dis-2 box installed.

You should be able to pull on the springs enough to expand them and make them longer. I stretched all of my springs a little after I shortened them just to make sure they were making good contact. How much too short are we talking here?

I would guess by the way the move away from the coil or the bottom of the boot, that they are just around an 1/8 of an inch give or take. If every time I change the plugs I have to stretch them, which I already do, I will but just seeing if anyone has tried a different spring, as i know the coil packs on the hemi are almost 12 inches.
