how much hp can the stock 1ga internals handle? I searched but couldnt find it.

You couldn't find the answer because it doesn't exist. There's no point at which all the connecting rods say "alright guys, lets break now".
Having said that, most people generally expect stock 6-bolt internals to withstand about 450 crank HP. However, bad tuning can destroy an engine at any power level.
