i have a GST which is messed up and a RS. Does mit. put the wire harnesses in say the doors, seats and other things in a RS even if it doesn't have the extras as power doors, locks , sunroof even

There are things that the upper models have that the lower models do not. The harness is one thing, and the fact that the plugs underneath the dash (like the ones for your accessories such as power door locks windows, etc) are not there. There is no way you could wire these up on cars such as RS's unless you get the whole dash wiring (which is VERY hard to remove and install). I have tried on my RS, even got the motors from a GS, but just could not do it. The harnesses are paritially there, and there is no way that you can get power to your accessories without majoring wiring work. I have a friend who tried to do just what you are doing as well, and he gave up and just bought a power window kit from somewhere. I bought mine from electric life, they make great kits and their buttons light up a nice red. Also their motors are much faster than the ones that i have for my eclipse right now. Trust me, i spent many hours trying to get my switches to work, and they did not. The power seats you could just ghetto tap into a power source. The wiring, sorry to tell you, is just too different on the lower models. It isn't worh it, it'll be more worth it to just buy the aftermarket kit and save yourself some headaches. You could also get a kit and mount your switches on your center console, and get an alarm. That way you have power locks and windows and your doors look totally clean. It looks very good when you put a tweeter in the stock crank window hole. If you have any questions, please PM me. I am willing to help in any way that I can.
