I just got this oil cooler kit from my brothers honda. He doesnt want it and i bought him a oil filter adapter for his motor for $40 and the oil cooler is mine.:D

Now I have a couple questions.

At what HP lever do I need this?

anybody know what brand it is?

Can I use the sandwitch plate that came off of the honda motor or do I need to get the 90 oil filter housing?

are the threads for the sandwich the same for our cars? if so I believe you can, and you just loop the coolant lines that go into the stock built in cooler on the 2g oil filter housing I believe.

The problem will be the filter will be closer to the downpipe thus you might have clearance issues depending on your setup.

I wanted to do this too, but I prefer to go with the 1g setup

I'll see if the oil filter side would thread in. I dont want to install it yet cause I just changed my oil last week.

So, If i put it in, do I just cap the old coolant lines?
