should I get 550s, pump and safc and turn up the boost to 17-18 psi?

or

can I just get a FMIC and raise the boost to 14-15 psi on stock fuel?

I would do the fuel mods first. The FMIC, while it would improve the power, is not as critical at this stage as the fuel mods.

Me too. Always do the supporting mods before putting a big piece on (FMIC, turbo, etc). If you don't have a good boost guage and EGT, do those also. I recommend the Denso pumps over the walmart ones. I know 2 people who have been left stranded by them. The supra tt one is huge, but will require a AFPR.
