ok, i have a stupid problem..this is on a 1990 eagle talon tsi awd 5 speed. my injectors arent opening to let fuel in. this started happening after my timing belt broke and bent a few valves, soo i said to hell with it and rebuilt it. then after i get all done with everythiing i go to try and start it and just turns over real strong. The tachometer worked and all. figured it was the timing, soo i checked it and it was still in perfect time. i went and looked at the connectors and i saw that i put the cas plug into the wrong connector, so i went to go and try to start it once again and still no start. went to check if i had spark and i do, also has 160-70 psi of compression in all 4. looked for any missing plugs and found that nothing was dissconeted. Next i tried something different, i checked for fuel pressure, and it has fuel pressure and the whole system is pressurizing and the pump is working great. soo then i went and pulled each injector connector and ran a noid light on them, and nothing happened. thats when i found it was my injectors not getting signal to open. we tested the grounds on the plugs and they were good, and the plugs are getting power also, just no signal to open. so i went and pulled the ecu, and replaced it with a brand new rebuilt eeprom thinking my ecu went bad after sitting, and of course that wasnt it at all and still not working, soo then i pulled the mpi relay next to the ecu and tested it and it was all fine. (btw im using the testing procedures that are provided on all-data). then i replaced that little fuse relay on the firewall with a brand new one, and nothing. then i started running out of ideas and then i tried somethng, i opened the ic pipe coupler on the tb elbow and sprayed starting fluid in there and had someone crank it, sure enough it started right up, but died because of no fuel. im lost now. please someone guide me through this problem, i havnt drivin my baby since april
