1G Exhaust, catback design

I've been contemplating if I should make my own exhaust or just buy one. I came across this one ad on ebay for an awd catback and the design looked so simple. If this design honestly clears everything I could make my own exhaust for alot cheaper than I thought. Check out the pics they have.

That picture doesn't look like a 1G awd exhaust. It look like from that pic that the exhaust would hit the rear or driveshaft.

It would also run right into the fuel tank.
