Ok gonna attempt tackling this finally and would just like opinions and advice upon the normal replacement parts to do during the swap. So far:

Gaskets (manifold, turbine, O2, and DP)

Which bolts should I replace? What specs should they be?

Also if anyone knows where I can get the hookup or the cheapest place to aquire these items it'ld be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance!

Umm, you need to tell us what turbo you are swapping to. If this is a 14b/16g for a 2g I would read these before getting started:

http://www.vfaq.com/mods/2G-16G.html
http://www.vfaq.com/mods/2G-16G-2.html

www.partznet.com generally has the cheapest OEM prices

Good Luck

It doesn't hurt to get new bolts, or anything that is removable like that (gaskets, bolts, etc.) They're really cheap from Mitsu (at least here).

DSM'ers get 10% over cost at our Mitsu. If you want, you can call them. 239-277-1222 ask for the parts dept. for Mitsu, then ask for Josh and tell him you are in Club DSM.

Oops sorry blackawdturbo. It's an eliminator series turbo from Turbochargers. Basically Mitsu housing for all intensive purposes. I'm not refering to the install kits or oil lines, just mainly asking about the type of bolts (sizes and grades) used for the manifold, turbine housing, and the O2 housing. Are OEM bolts the suggested way to go?

Yes in general OEM is the way to go. Get 4 new turbo to manifold bolts and conical washers, stainless steel oil line (Road Race), oil and water feed crush washers, new oil return gaskets, mainfold gasket and manifold to turbo gasket. The vfaq link I gave you generally gives the run down of which parts should and must be replaced. Conicelli Mitsu (partnet.com) will know what you are talking about if you call them.
