No boost in 1st only

I was drivin yesterday. I was only getting boost in first gear. Well, i actually could get boost in 1st, but i had to floor the throttle and the boost gauge would spike up, but not stay. I have everything programed right in my acv-r. is there anything else that could be wrong?

i had the same thing happen to me, the guy i bought it from said it gas its "sluggish" times, but it seems to work now, but it doesnt seem the same. i wouldnt worry too much though

i wouldnt worry!?!?...i have no boost in first gear! i have to fix it. my exhaust is startin to sound a little funny on me. could that also contribute to the problem?
