whatsup guys,
My buddy baught my Type-S BOV off of the conquest. I could run it into the atmoshphere no problem, but on his '90 DSM, things don't seem to be right. He capped off the original BPV tube that routes back into the intake, but it still has a stumble at idle and runs very rich. We tried changing the BOV's spring rate, but nothing seems to help. When we have it on HARD, it won't idle funny, but compressor surge is present for a split second. Does anyone have any tips/tricks in order to run it into the atmoshphere with out this idle problem? The car runs perfect when the BOV is routed back into the intake by the way. ANy suggestions would be great, thanks!
