Need Advise on engine build up.

Bare with me on this question.

I need advise on my engine build up.
I am totally new to turbo engines. I Know a lot about engines and the basics about turdos

The car is a 1993 AWD Laser
The engine is currently a part.
The head has been redone and I will be porting it soon.

I want to run a quarter mile of 12.8 to 13.00.
I have between $2500 and $3000 to spend on the engine.
I would like to run on pump gas but the car will not be a daily driver so it is not that big of a deal.

I had somebody suggest a Hybred Turbo T3-24 I think that is what it was they said it was a large t3-t4, a 48AR 60-1 Trim.
Would this be a good route to go or could I go with somerthing else for less money and get the same performance.

Do I have to run an aftermarket Exhaust manifold with this What about a downpipe.
I will be running a DF center force clutch.
Any suggestions on fuel computers,fuel pumps,Cams,Boost Controlers FMIC,Downpipes,MAF's, and any other parts I need to run this fast would be much appreciated.

FMIC, exhaust, intake, MBC, and your stock turbo should get you there with a few extra things

I looked at my cams last night and they are toasted. Any Suggestions? I was looking at the HKS Intake 264 and exhaust 272. Would that be good for a street strip car?

I bet you could find stock cams for next to nothing. A pair of 264 is THE ideal cam setup for a 16g but you will end up swapping them out later down the line. If you go with a larger turbo.
