ok so i put a 3000gt non turbo fuel pump in my car and i was wondering what the lph was for it? i know the vr4 is a 190. i am hitting fuel cut now at 12psi and 5K. is this pump to small? sould i go back to the stock pump or a 190 or 255 walboro?

Just go save yourself the hassle and get a wally.

should i go with a 190 or a 255? it i go with a 255 do i need and other mods to make it work?

ok so now i am confused!! will a 255 work w/o a fuel pressure regulator? i talked to jarrod ar buschur's and he siad to get a 255 and that i wont need any mods. is this true? i don't want to but a pump i cant use!

Yes, a 255lph pump will work without an AFPR. Yes, it is highly recommended to get an AFPR when installing a 255lph. You will overrun the stock one, so there's no doubt about that. I ran a 255lph pump for a while with no regulator and didn't have any noticeable problems, but I didn't push it nor did I have a logger. I don't doubt that there was problems though. If you can, get them both at the same time. If not, make it the first thing on your parts list to buy next.
