Ok, here's the thing: I want to be able to run 2 255 Walbro's in tank, and I was wondering how excatly do you connect pump to the -6 AN or -8AN line??? Pics would be great, also I was wondering if I could just run the -6 or -8 (which ever you would recommend) feed line, and keep my return line stock. I just really don't want to mess around with the tank, like cutting a bigger hole for the bigger return line. Thanks in advance to all.

P.S.My goal overall is to run E85, and be around 700AWHP.

at idle, if you have a stock return.. how do you expect the fuel to get back to the tank? Your rail pressure may be higher then desired.

Do they offer kits for dual walbro's? Im not sure since im new to DSM's, i suggest you sump the tank though. Then you will be worry free.

Goodluck.

Wow, that above is excatly what I was looking for! Thanks, I was actualling thinking of making my own, but that just beats it.
So, my question still reamains about the size of the feed line and return line, unless I can keep it stock. Thanks a ton!

Edit: I just actually realized how expensive that was. I just got an idea from that housing, is that I can put a hole fo the return line in the housing itself, and just block off/cap the original one.

Yeah for $500, I'd at least try to make my own, or modify the stock assembly to fit 2 pumps. Some type of Y fitting perhaps?

700awhp on E85 means you need to be able to handle AT LEAST 850awhp for gas (700 * 20% extra fuel). Thats uh, alot. Might just forget the dual pumps and get yourself a nice gigantic single pump. Aeromotive A1000 or A2000 even with -8AN lines or even -10.

This is really speculation on my part, I don't know of any setups making that kind of power on E85. Either way, you're looking at a lot of custom stuff.

Why mess with multiple pumps when a single Bosch -044 would do the trick. And if your set on running dual pumps run a 255 in tank and then add another 255 in line. Either route would be way cheaper than buying the Full Blown kit, just an idea though.

Here are a few places that sell the -044 JNZ Tuning and Jay Racing

It really depends on your goals. If you plan on really pushing the limits with 1600cc injectors, an inline 044 will not be enough. The dual pump setup really does flow significantly more than a regular pump + inline setup.

2gGSX is right:"The dual pump setup really does flow significantly more than a regular pump + inline setup."

I read somewhere on here/dsmlink that it's better to run to pumps in paralell, rather than inline. And it's a fact, I had done a little bit of research on this, so I'm dead set on dual in tank pumps (paralell).

Yes, I want to almost top out 1600 on E85, and maybe a GT40R, GT37R, or S366 (still deciding). And I want to still drive it on the street, so in-tank pumps are more reliable than a A1000 pump. And, yes it's a long shot, but I want to try to get there with E85 and DSMLink, even if I can get to 650 AWHP, I'll be happy.
