Most Bang For the $$$

Just curious on what would be the best way to spend $3500 US for performance, on a 1st gen, 5 spd, turbo Laser. Only mod so far is a dual stage boost controller, but I have yet to test it out, because the cars parked for winter. I'm looking to have the car ready (performance wise) for summer.
