boost drop in 2nd gear

OK ill ill WOT it in 1st gear full boost threw the hold rmp band i hit 2nd gear full boost untile 3500 rmp then drops and drops alittle more drops total from 19 psi to about 10 psi , then 3rd gear full boost the whole rmp band same with 4 and 5th gear every gear is good except for 2nd anyone know anything or can help me abotu this issue thanx everyone oh yea my mods are this

1. Full Turbo back 3inch exhaust no cats
2.intake
3.Apexi safc
4. starion FMIC ect..
5. stock turbo running 19psi 94 octane fuel

its the turbo, no doubt about it.. T25 /= boost holder

y, know what, today I had this as well. Now I have a 91, not a 2g car like you, and almost stock(no restrictor in the intake, K&N, and 16psi hommade MBC).

But today, full boost in 1st, and 3rd(no room for full throttle in 4th gear hehe) but it fell off in 2nd gear. Anyone know what gives?? 3rd gear pulls harder than 2nd, real wierd. And most Mustang guys won't keep going, so I'm gonna loose here soon
