Alright when I did my 50 trim install i took the supply and return coolant lines off that went to the turbo and put a hose on both and routed them together.

Now my car has ran warmer then I would like to see since I installed the turbo, is it possible with me routing those lines that way make a difference. I can't see how it would but some input would be nice.
 
Running a dry CHRA (i.e., removing the water lines from a turbo) should actually alleviate coolant temps because the water is now not consuming heat energy from the turbo. I think it's in your head and if not, try running a different mix of coolant, changing your thermostat, or topping off your coolant.
 
Which is exactly what I have been thinking, however.

I refreshed the head put ARP studs and a Cometic HG on less then 5000 miles ago. It doesn't leak coolant I have a 170 thermostat and there really isn't a problem just temps in the high 195s - 210s driving, which is a tad more than i want to see in the winter
 
The thermostat sets the minimum temperature for the engine. If the cooling system is healthy -good hoses, a properly-functioning water pump, and a working thermostat in place- then the maximum temperature is set by the radiator.
If you aren't cooling enough, check the above list. And, make sure your fans aren't wired backward.
