Just searched for previous threads on this

Seems to be the only manifold listed as being constructed with SUS321 stainless steel on ebay, so I was interested in information also

I too will be awaiting to see if anybody has one

Imo, I wouldn't take the chance. Porting your stock manifold will be more than enough for a 16g but I haven't ran the manifold so I cant tell you if its worth it..

good call, i didn't even think of searching for that.

I looks a hell of a lot like the ssac manifold, and i have a good friend who has had a great history with that manifold ($250) not sure what material they used

I ran this manifold and their o2 housing. I really loved them and never had any problems for the 6 months I had the car. It held up great through the beatings I laid to it and never once cracked or had any installation problems. Go for it! :thumb:

I ran this manifold for almost a year and a half. the only complaint I have is whe it did fianlly start to change colors like all the stainless manifolds do, it turned into more of a rust look instead of the pretty goldish-purple look like the dnp gets. It never did crack and it fit up perfect.

thanks for the pics!
and ya that is wierd that it went to a rust color...did you wipe all your grease and hand prints off before you ran it. I know that you can litterally burn a finger print into new manifolds if you leave the oils from your hand on it after an install.

I never really thought of that. that might have been the case. Other than the color though, the manifold was a good one in my opinion.

Theres a badge/plate on the driver side (Number one cylinder) runner.. just wondering what it says?

There's a couple different knockoff tubular manifolds

Another variation called the UPC/Logic Performance

Wonder which design performs the best?

Here's a pic I made of 6 different manifolds, all arranged the same way, with slight differences in angle

As you can see, they all have some differences between each other..?

good stuff ^^ I just hope it lasts. If it turns colors I can always repolish it LOL

And if it starts cracking make friends with a good TIG welder LOL

j/k.. Seems like teh one guy liked it jsut fine. The only thing i worry with on tube headers is teh weight of teh trbo pulling on it especially when it's glowing hot from a run. buta lot of tehm do hold up well.

Do a review if you get it....after putting it through teh wringer that is :D

I had one, very temporarily. A local had a T3 version, and Hahn's adapter plate was semi-backordered, so I bought this as a temp solution to get the car on the road.

I'm not sure which craptacular eBay brand of the day it was, but the runners were so small, I can't believe the motor didn't choke to death.

Another local cracked his DSM'flanged variant. Twice. I believe it's a paper weight now.

I've done alot of research on tubular exhaust manifolds, and my conclusion is they're more trouble than they're worth. They all crack eventually (DNP included), and overheat stuff under the hood, destroying alternators, melting fans etc.. Probably the only one I would buy that doesn't cost a grand is the OBX one because it has a lifetime warranty, and when it cracks you can get a new one for free (still a pain because you have to change it out). If your building a race car you may want to go with a high dollar one, but otherwise it's ill advised.

Well I just bought a Xo2.. and I'm gonna hang a PTE SCM5031E off it.. so I'll let you know how it fairs

haha
