Im going to be getting a 16g for my car and catback exhust with a testpipe but if i have money ill get the downpipe as well. Here are my qiestions. What fuel pump would i get with a 16g and exhuast the 190 or 255? Also what would be safe boost to run on this set up? with fuel pump and without? I was thinking 13psi without fuelpump and maybe up to 18psi at the track with pump? or that too high without injectors or intercooler? Also what could i be looking at or around at the track? like mid to high 13's or lower? Thanks for anyhelp..

You need the 190lph with a max of 14-15 psi on pump. You really need at least 550s and AFC for that turbo to come alive.

Get the 255 fuel pump,if you get the 190 and if you continue to mod your car there will be a time where the 190 won't be enough, than you will have to go buy a new pump.

Do you have an EGT or an Air/Fuel Gauge?????

Best thing for you to do is start at 13psi and look at the gauges, if the Air/fuel is running rich, you should be OK to give more boost, keep doing that untill you start seing running lean, of course the EGT should not read over 1650F.

With a 16G, a 255 pump, and stock injectors, you should be OK to run 15-16psi, with race gas maybe 18psi, AGAIN, LOOK AT THE GAUGES BEFORE YOU RAISE THE BOOST, better safe than sorry.

I have a modified A/F guage.. the one that reads more accurate but still its not as good as an egt. But those were my plans for the car. I was going ot get the turbo and exhuast first. B/c im sure there will be extra cost when putting in the turbo. ANd ill probably change plugs then and ill do my oil b/c its going to get drained and my radiator fluid. So there is a few extra cost. Then its the walbro. Then downpipe. those are my plans thanks for the help guys
