Im working on getting a big16g. Will a walbro255 fuel pump, FPR, and 550 injectors be enough not to run lean. At this time I will also hook up the EGT gauge and boost gauge. I can get the 660's but they are like 100 bucks more and I dont think I would need them but Im new to this so any info would be greatly appreciated.

OOhhhh yea!!!!!!!!

It will be more than enough, make sure you get a air/fuel controller also

Ok I am ading this to the question eventhough its and old thread..but I dont wanna start new threads all the time so..forgive me:)

I am getting the Big16G from Turbochargers.com and I also got the S-AFC II, Autometer boost gauge,EGTgauge and a BBK255FP.
Now I am maybe getting a set of 550's from the EVO engine to put in but as the question above...Will I do fine with those mods and 550's?Can the 550's keep up til I maxed out the Big16G or should I get 660's right away? I get the 550's really cheap so..right now I think they will do.
I also have the PSI FMIC with ICpipes(low and high)on its way and I have Injen Intake,TIAL BOV,Dejon Tools Dual MBC ands ome other small mods.

stock injectors are good to 16psi. install air fuel ratio guage with the 550's and adjust boost until it runs stoich at full throttle.

For the 255lph pump, you will want an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Aside from that, your plans sound pretty reasonable.

And whatever the hell you do, do *not* try to run stoich at WOT. You should be aiming to run around 11:1 at that point; fiddle mixture and boost to minimise knock and maximise timing.
