ngk 7s or 8s?

should i be running 7s or 8s with my setup? i keep getting different opinions from different people. im stil checking everything (boost leak, exhaust leaks, knock sensor, ect) but i was wondering if the 8s will help with my knock issues. i attached a log from earlier and heres a list of my setup.

2.4L. wiseco pistons and eagle rods. hks 272s. aem tru time cam gears. arp head studs. fluidyne radiator and 1360 cfms push/pull slimline fans.

3" dejon intake, NGK plugs and wires, greddy turbo timer, 3" Thermal exhaust no cat. AEM wideband UEGO, 255 lph, 850s, aeromotive fpr, dmbc, 1g BOV, sbr exhaust manifold w/ turbosmarts 38mm wastegate, sbr-G50. godspeed fmic.

I would try some BR7ES's First.

The non projected tip can help with knock.

Not able to view the log here, what kind of boost are you running? I have been running the 7's for several years now & thought I'd try the 8's as I was going to the track & thought they may help with knock running 22 psi. Installed them the day before & seemed to get more knock then with the 7's. Got to the track did several runs & they all knocked. Switched back to the 7's & knock was basically gone. Don't know why but the 8's didn't seem to work at all for me.

I have some of the BR7ES plugs on order (non projected tip), so was going to give these a try as well, to see how they compare.

why dont you post that up on the dsmlink forums, you will get much more accurate help their. Im assuming from the file name layout, its a DSMLink log.
