Removing a 1g head

I need a valve job so I was wondering if there is any information about removing the head located on the internet. Or anyone have any tips for me before I tackle this project.

Buy a Chiltons Manual. Cant get more detailed than that

I have two manuals..A chiltons and a haynes I believe but Im alittle nervous about this project. I dont wanna f*ck anything up.
