Here's my situation..
My o2 sensor went bad on me, so I got a new denso sensor. I went to pull off the sensor with an o2 sensor socket, and it wouldn’t budge at all. So I hit it with some PB blaster over night & again a few times in the AM. I tried again to get the sensor off this afternoon, & it still wouldn’t give. I kept at it using a breaker bar and everything, but the bolt started to strip so I stopped.
I decided to take off the o2 housing so I could run it down to a shop and have them hit the sensor with an air tool. I got 3 of the bolts loose, but the last one is stripped. It's the one with the nut/stud. I blasted the crap out of it with PB blaster, but it's no use.

Any suggestions?

Heat it up. This will cause the hole to expand a little. You can use a torch or just run the car depending on how much you have taken apart. But be careful because I don't recall if PB Blaster is flammable or not.

If you are loosening the sensor I don't think it should strip the threads. If it was starting to turn you might just have to continue pushing it and have faith. Maybe someone else can give an opinion as I don't want to be solely responsible if it gets messed up.:D

Mine was a pain to get out as well. In the end the breaker bar worked but what I did was get a decently long ratchet with the O2 sensor socket, put it on the sensor and hit the handle of the ratchet with a hammer. That broke it loose a tad.

If you're not using one already, run out to autozone and pick yourself up an O2 sensor socket instead of just using a regular socket, it helps a bit!! And yeah as they said earlier, just warm up the car, that makes it a LOT easier.
